What brand Anibubba offer?

We create designs inspired by nature with fairytale spirit. We offer wide portfolio of fashion accessories, mainly for kids, as hair accessories and baby bonnets and for home as whale pillows and other pillows. Mission of our products is to bring a joy to your daily routine by wearing them and to become beautiful gifts for yourself and your loved ones.

Where are our products made?

All products are designed in Slovakia. Products made of fabrics and made by 3D printing are made in Slovakia. Acetate cellullose hair accessories are made in China in company with transparent and high quality process of production.

What materials do we use?

We use high quality materials (linen, cotton), made in Europe. Many of our fabric hair accessories are made of fabric remains as we wish to minimize the waste of our production. For tulip hair clip line we decided for acetate cellullose as we find it very durable and premium material made of natural resources unlike the other cheap plastic materials.

What countries are you shipping to?

For shipping we use services of Slovak post which delivers internationally to the official Post of delivery country . Delivery is not possible to countires which are under the restrictions because of war or other obstacle.

When is the order shipped?

We ship items that are in stock from 3 to 5 days after payment of order arrives.

How long will it take to get my order to my country?

Delivery within European union usually takes from 5 to 15 business days (on average, 10 days since the shipment). This delivery time is the same for the european countries not belonging to EU. Delivery to USA takes from 10 to 20 business days. Delivery to other non-European countries takes also about 10 – 20, 25 business days. Delivery might take longer to remote islands and in case of international holidays.

Are there any additional fees after order?

Delivery to Non -European country also needs to pass through the process of Customs. Taxes and fees for customs applied in your country are not covered during the order. You have to solve them on your own.

What is your policy of claims?

All orders are covered under our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To consider wheter we will return money or exchange product to you we need you to send us back damaged product (we do not cover your shipping costs) or carefully photographed defect on our e-mail address [email protected]. Afterwards, we will guide you through the whole process via e-mail. Please, be careful and read information on how to take carfe of our product and manipulate with them to sustain their functionality and quality for long time.

Please, take in notice that we do not cconsider as defect these features caused by usage of materials:

• Gold metal hair clip may change the gold colour because of frequent touching and manipulating with it.
• Transparent acetate hair clip might have inside the acetate part very tiny bubbles as they are attached with glue to hair clip.

Do you offer your product for wholesale?

Yes. We offer possibility of wholesale shopping. As we are small creative studio and majority of our items is handmade we need time to fulfill the wholesale requirements.
